The acquisition will allow the Publicis Group to complement its Epsilon PeopleCloud offering with onsite personalization, conversion optimization, and customer journey offerings and expand its reach in the mid-market segment. Furthermore, integrating the Yieldify platform with Epsilon’s CORE ID identity resolution will enable it to realize opportunities for increased performance and benefits.
The Yieldify platform helps organizations provide end-to-end website personalization based on comprehensive audience targeting. The platform also offers customer journey analytics (CJA), that allows users to understand various personalization opportunities and perform in-depth testing to identify winning experiences. Furthermore, it supports custom design and creativity for high-quality digital experiences.
